Decision-makers in the property sector make important decisions and carry out complex transactions that require specialist knowledge and access to competent advisers and sparring partners.
At Redmark we have gathered our skills into a group of specialists that are concentrated at our offices in Copenhagen, Aalborg and Aarhus. We advise our customers in the sector on a daily basis with regard to both strategy and optimisation of day-to-day operations, and we have extensive experience of carrying out both major and minor transactions in the property sector.
In addition to auditing and accounting services for enterprises in the sector, we also assume the role of sparring partner for the management and owners of these enterprises. We are familiar with the needs of these enterprises and use our knowledge for sparring and optimisation of our clients’ enterprises. Furthermore, we challenge our clients in relation to their strategic objectives and their work with the long-term development of their enterprises.
When buying and selling property, we assist both buyers and sellers in ensuring that all risks are covered and that an ideal basis for performance of the transaction in question has been drawn up. We participate in the process concerning the construction or conversion of properties, including sparring with respect to maximising the value of the property during the rebuilding phase.
