Danish tax legislation is particularly complex and in a constant state of flux. During recent decades, tax legislation has been subject to explosive development in terms of scope and degree of detail. In Denmark we have one of the highest levels of tax in the world.
Considerable sums of money can often be saved by carefully considering potential dispositions with regard to tax legislation. It is therefore particularly relevant to incorporate any consequences in terms of tax into the decision-making process in business, in addition to which tax consequences should also be taken into account in certain matters of personal finance. Indeed, it is important not only to consider the consequences in terms of tax, but also in terms of VAT and other duties, which are also areas in which we at Redmark are able to provide assistance.
Redmark’s tax department services all types of enterprises, ranging from sole proprietors to internationally-oriented groups. We have developed particular competences concerning real property, restructuring within groups of companies and incentive programmes for key employees.
